Universal Connectivity Discussion Series
Martin Chautari (MC) and Centre for Research in Social Defense Technology (CRSDT/nec) jointly started a series of discussions related to the Internet connectivity to all (Universal Connectivity or UC) once a month on Friday at 3 PM since June 2014. The aim of the discussion series is to foster more informed public debate on the universal access to the Internet specifically in the light of the recent commitments by the Government of Nepal to use the Information and Communication technologies (ICTs) for all round development and better governance.
