Jyoti Regmi Adhikary
Associate Professor, Kathmandu University School of Management
Jyoti Regmi Adhikary has been associated with Kathmandu University since 2007. Currently, she is an Associate Professor of Human Resources and General Management. In addition to teaching, she is involved in research, training, and consulting activities in her area of expertise. She brings industry experience of a decade in diverse fields prior to her academic involvement of 18 years.
She was nominated as a Senate Member of Kathmandu University twice: from 2002 to 2003 as a student representative and from 2013 to 2016 as a faculty representative. She also served as a member of the Academic Council of Kathmandu University during 2020-21.
Her main research interest is women's leadership. She has authored and co-authored academic research articles published in both national and international journals. Additionally, she has contributed to the publication of a research-based book titled "Who is who of Nepali women" in funding partnership with the Norwegian Embassy in Nepal.
Dr. Adhikary holds degrees in Architecture (BArch) from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, India, and MBA (HRM and Finance), MPhil (General Management), and PhD (General Management) from Kathmandu University, Nepal. She has completed the Faculty Development Program in Management (FDP) from IIM Ahmedabad, India.
