About the Speaker
Paulina Stanik is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Modern Languages, University of Warsaw. She graduated from the Department of Theatre Studies at the Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw, from the University College of English Language Teaching, and the Institute of English Studies at the University of Warsaw. Her research interests focus on World War II memoirs of Polish servicemen and their cross-cultural encounters with the British Indian Army.
